This includes claims related to: your violation of these Terms, your user-generated content, your interactions with other players, your use of games, and your breach of laws. You are responsible for damages we incur due to your actions. This obligation survives termination of your account. We may assume defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you must cooperate with our defense. You may not settle any claim without our consent. This indemnification covers our employees, directors, and affiliates.
Disputes related to gaming services should first be addressed through customer support. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration according to our dispute resolution process.
